Installation Does Not End with the Squeegee

Professional handover is completed through final inspection, documentation and accurate care guidance. This protects quality and creates traceability for later questions.

Visual quality inspection

Inspect under daylight, room lighting and a low-angle lamp. Look for edge lift, fluid pockets, contamination, lines, uneven trimming and optical distortion. Check returns, undersides and joints as well.

Customer guidance

Explain cure time, first-cleaning timing, recommended cloth and cleaner, heat limits and sharp-object precautions according to the product instruction. Avoid absolute promises such as “scratch-proof,” “fireproof” or “resistant to every chemical.”

Digital warranty

Eligible work is registered fully in the MKK® system and QR verification is completed. The job is not treated as complete before the QR record links product, installer and substrate information.

Handover approval

Walk around the surface with the customer, confirm the visible result and provide written care guidance. Store final photographs with respect for the customer’s property and privacy.

Trainer support on the first job

Early installations are not unsupervised experiments. If a substrate, corner or defect is uncertain, obtain review from a trainer or verified installer before handover.
